August 22, 20251 min read

If you want to connect your personal calendar alongside your work calendar to check for conflicts, just follow these steps:

1. Open Settings

Click on the Settings icon in the bottom-left corner of your screen.

2. Go to Your Profile

Navigate to My Profile in the settings menu.

3. Sign In to All Relevant Google Accounts

Before you connect a new calendar, make sure you are logged into both your work and personal Google accounts on your computer browser.

4. Add a New Calendar

In the profile settings:

  • Click Add New

  • Then click Connect

5. Choose Your Personal Account

After clicking connect, your personal Gmail account should appear as an option (since you’re already logged into it). Select it.

6. Confirm Calendar Access

Once your personal calendar is connected, the system will ask you to confirm that calendar for conflict checking. Select your personal calendar, then click Save.

7. You’re Done

Your calendars are now connected, and you’ll be able to see conflicts across both your company and personal schedules.
