How to Send a Group Text in Go High Level

Group texting is a powerful tool that allows you to streamline communication, send timely updates, and create a more personalized experience—without repeating yourself. Whether you're sharing rate changes, document reminders, or event invitations, group texts help you maintain efficiency and stay top of mind with your audience.
Navigate to Conversations
Start by going to the Conversations section within your CRM dashboard.Create a New Message
Click the Create Message button.Select Group Message
Choose the Group Message option to begin composing a message for multiple recipients.Choose Your Phone Number
Select the phone number assigned to you from the list in your CRM. If you have multiple numbers, ensure you select the correct one.Add Contacts to the Group
Use the search bar to find and add contacts. For example, if you want to message Michael and Eric together, search and add both of them to create a group.Send Your Message
Once the group is created, you can type your message. The message will be sent to all selected contacts simultaneously.Wrap-Up
