Do I own the candidates and recruiting database?

Yes. Candidates are collected in your own CRM account, so the recruiting network you build stays yours. Hova Scout is set up alongside your existing business and keeps candidate activity separate from your borrowers and real estate agents.

What is the difference between Core, Assist and Brand?

Core gives you the automation and pipelines while you manage replies and recruiting calls. Assist adds an assigned Recruiting Marketing Assistant who manages candidate follow-through and prepares replies for your approval. Brand adds Hova Digital's recruiting-focused video, content, online presence and campaigns.

Does my Recruiting Marketing Assistant call candidates?

No. In Assist and Brand, your RMA helps with candidate messages, follow-through and scheduling inside your CRM, but does not call candidates. You approve outgoing replies, take recruiting calls and decide who to hire.

Do I need LinkedIn Premium Business?

Yes. LinkedIn Premium Business on the hiring user's account is paid directly by you. The plan document estimates it at about $70 per month, although LinkedIn pricing can change.

Are there setup fees or long-term contracts?

Setup and the one-hour onboarding call are included in every tier. All three plans are month-to-month.

How do the basis-point fees work?

For Assist and Brand, the pricing includes an additional 2-5 basis points on the funded volume of loan officers you hire through Hova Scout. Core has no additional funded-volume fee. Discuss the applicable rate and details with Hova Digital before starting.

Does Hova Scout send follow-up texts or monthly updates?

These are listed as coming soon, not current features. Planned additions include an approved monthly update to candidates who have not replied and text messages from your number once its registration supports recruiting.
