Here is how to set it up and use it, step by step.

HighLevel already has what you need to fix this inside the Conversations tab. They do not call it a “power dialer,” but the manual call action feature behaves like one when you build a simple workflow around it.

Turn HighLevel Into Your Power Dialer

At a high level, here is what you are setting up:

  1. A smart list that holds the exact agents you want to call.

  2. A workflow that assigns those contacts to you and adds a manual call action.

  3. A call queue inside Manual Actions where you just hit Start and move through each contact in sequence.

Once that is in place, your Monday calling block becomes: open the queue, hit Start, and talk.

Step 1: Build a Smart List of Your Agent Partners

Start in your Contacts area:

  1. Open your full contact list.

  2. Click Advanced Filters.

  3. Filter by tag, such as “Real Estate Agent.”

  4. Apply the filter and confirm that only your agents appear.

From there, save this view as a Smart List. Name it something obvious like “Real Estate Agents” or “Monday Agent Calls.”

You can tighten this list with additional filters too. For example:

  • Agents in a specific county

  • Agents in a certain group of ZIP codes

  • Agents from a recent event or campaign

The goal is to create a single, reusable list you can pull from every week without rebuilding it.

Step 2: Create the Simple Monday Power Dialer Workflow

Next, jump into Automations and create a new workflow from scratch. This does not need to be complex.

Your workflow only needs two steps:

  1. Assign to user

    • Assign the contact to yourself, or

    • If you have a team, assign it to a group of loan officers and split traffic in a round robin setup.

  2. Add manual call action

    • Add the Manual Call action and save it.

    • This tells HighLevel to drop these contacts into the Manual Actions call queue.

That is it. No complicated triggers are required if you manually push contacts into the workflow on Mondays. If you want more automation, you can add triggers later, such as “Tag added: Real Estate Agent” or “Form submitted: Realtor Lunch and Learn.”

Step 3: Launch Your Manual Call Session

On Monday, go back to your Smart List:

  1. Select all of the agents you want to call.

  2. Click Trigger Automation and choose your power dialer workflow.

  3. Confirm you want to send them all at once.

Those contacts are now assigned to you and dropped into the Manual Actions queue.

To start dialing:

  1. Go to Conversations.

  2. Open the Manual Actions tab.

  3. Select the workflow and assignee.

  4. Click Start.

HighLevel will open each contact for you, auto dial, and wait for you to disposition the call. When you are ready for the next one, you hit Next Lead and move on. Once you finish the queue, you will see “Good work. You have no pending tasks.”

Bonus: Event Follow Up and Team Use

This setup is not just for Monday agent blocks. A few easy variations:

  • Event follow up
    After a realtor lunch and learn, tag attendees, drop them into a Smart List, and run them through the same workflow the next day.

  • Team routing
    If you manage multiple loan officers, use the Assign to User step to split calls evenly so every LO has their own focused call queue.
